I have a theory – if you bring a thought into active memory, you think about it, it tends to become a reality, even to the point of actually believing it.
Memories are flexible, your mind can create realities.
They’re not true but to yourself – realities, nevertheless.
It all starts from thought – and it becomes something physical.
Let’s say you want to make some space for your GMail.
In the Search box, type “has:attachment larger:10M.”
This will find emails with attachments larger than 10 megabytes.
You can change 10 to find emails with different sized attachments.
Ones who can work on the long run – you give a project to them, and they will do it, in the long run. They like marathons.
Ones that prefer to work in sprints – reply quickly, but then forget to continue working on the project. You get a lot of high-intensity tasks, and then – nothing.
If you have a lot of meetings set up in a short amount of time, consider going to Google Maps, visiting a location, and then shortening the links with the help of bit.ly.
You could then open the links in Google Maps application on your smartphone.
As a personal observation, old people are happy, they tend to care less about other people’s opinions, and are happy with what they’ve accomplished in life.
On the other hand, sometimes they can be inflexible.
“This leads to happiness”. That’s great, but it’s not the only path.
