Small things – things that are small – non-big things – opposite of grande – smallest, but a big bigger – just small

From time to time, people tell me „big” things I can do with my life and I lack to do them.

Just one example: one time, I met a guy who went to Standford and INSEAD, who had a big job in a bank, and asked me what I was doing with my life. „I’m a freelancer”, I said. He seemed disappointed with my answer and asked me if I have any plans on improving on this.

Or a lot of people who tell me to marry, so I can do big things.

Or other big things people dream of me.

This is such an easy-to-give answer.

To some, having a big career, or a big family, or a great achievement can mean the world.

To others, even the small things can look important.

I’m on the second category of people.
