01. Visibility Analysis
01. Visibility Analysis – 01. Visibility Analysis
How is your competition? How do you rank when looking at other sites for a comparison?
This is what the current tool does—it gives you a glimpse of your and your competitors’ rankings.
It’s quick & easy.
First, there’s a form to fill in:
Here, you can choose just olivian.ro, for example, or a subdomain (if I had seo.olivian.com, this subdomain would be excluded):
The Summary provides an overview of the domain. The report can be exported in various formats.
For easier understanding, you can see the keywords for which a website is in the Top 3, Top 10, and Top 50. Also, the estimated traffic from organic SEO and its value are based on PPC traffic.
It’s also relevant to know that keywords have specific seasonalities; you can see this in the report.
The report also informs you of keyword difficulty so you know which keywords are more difficult to rank.
You can also compare yourself to other websites.
Below, you can see a general tendency to get lower traffic in the previous time.
I can choose a specific timeframe.
You can choose to filter by brand-only or non-branded keywords. Also, short-tail and long-tail keywords.
You can see the distribution, keyword-by-keyword, of position rankings. You can also see the top landing page for each keyword, so you know which page is likely to see an increase in traffic due to this.
See which keyword gained some positions:
And the keywords for which the website ranks lower.
Here is a report of new keywords:
Lost keywords:
Analyze the competition – your website is put first on the list:
You can select more results on the page:
In the report with Keyword Cannibalization, you can see if multiple URLs serve the same query. For example, I have two articles on diacritics below, which tend to overlap with some queries. Or an article on BSplayer subtitles. The solution is simple – keep a single article (merge the two articles or delete one of them), or edit one or multiple articles serving the same query to change at least the titles, if not the content itself. This can also be ignored, but Google might struggle to pick the right article.
You can see below the pages on my website that have issues with cannibalization:
My website has no subdomains, but I could see it directly if it had. This is valuable information in case you want to spy on your competitors and don’t know them very well on their website. Senuto likely gets this information by looking at what Google shows, so a subdomain must appear in Google to be displayed here. If a subdomain is blocked from Google’s eyes, as far as I can tell, it won’t appear here:
Here, you can see the pages that bring in most traffic from Google Searches (organic traffic) – note that a path is a folder, and a URL is a specific page. If I had a large website with articles placed on levels, a section would be, for example, olivian.ro/blog, and a URL would be olivian.ro/blog/article. Or a section could be olivian.ro/productivity, and an article/URL would be olivian.ro/productivity/time-saving:
And the respective URLs:
Details about keywords and their respective difficulty for ranking:
How many searches are in the top 3/10/etc.
What kind of data appears in the search results? Are there images, videos, etc.?
What types of keywords – cities (for local ranking, for example), brand-related, or names?
What is a general trend for searching? You can see below that I tend to do better in May-November, and also in January:
What is the number of words for key phrases? For example, “Olivian” is one word, “Olivian Breda” is two, and “Olivian-Claudiu Breda” is three.
01. Visibility Analysis – 02. Visibility Ranking
With Visibility Analysis, you can compare a website with others:
You can filter using categories:
There are also filters for technologies used by the website:
You can search only the main domain or the domain with subdomains:
Here is a search of websites using Hotjar. This could be useful if you want to understand a market and see which competitors use certain technologies; the list is extensive:
01. Visibility Analysis – 03. Favorite Domains
When you search for a domain, you can see a +Favourites button, which allows you to add it as a favorite domain:
A sample list:
Below a domain, you can see the time when it was added to the projects lists:
You also have the option to remove the project from favorites, of course:
01. Visibility Analysis – 04. Tools
In the left menu, at the bottom, there is a link to a list of tools. We’ll talk more about these at the bottom of this article:
Here is a complete list of the tools being used:
02. Keyword Explorer
02. Keyword Explorer – 01. Summary
You can search for keywords using either keywords (e-commerce platform), domains (emag.ro), or URLs (emag.ro/laptopuri).
Type in your search:
You can export data:
And you get a notification once done:
For each set of keywords you add, you get a detailed report. You can see when the keywords are not as searched (low season) and when they are searched for (peak season). You can choose how far/close should the generated keywords be to the input:
If you are curious about the attachment:

02. Keyword Explorer – 02. Questions
For the added keywords, you can see a set of questions users add:
If we remove “ai,” which is a widespread word for a question, you get a much better response:
02. Keyword Explorer – 03. Related Keywords
You can see a set of related questions that may help in having an exhaustive list of keywords for your projects:
02. Keyword Explorer – 04. Word Groups
The platform allows you to group keywords into categories:
After removing the word “ai”:
02. Keyword Explorer – 05. Quick Suggestions
If you add too many unrelated keywords, you might get no data:
By removing “ai,” the tool understands now that we are talking about “artificial intelligence”:
You can export data, of course:

03. Rank Tracker
03. Rank Tracker – 01. Summary
You can monitor a set of keywords to see their rankings. I like the “% of used potential,” which helps you understand where you can grow using SEO:
How to create a project – first we click on this:
Then, we add some data:
We can add keywords, of course:
Competitors, also:
And some personalized entries, if we have any (some additional competitors, if we have):
We wait a bit:
And we get an email:
See the position changes:
You can export data:

03. Rank Tracker – 05. Increases/Decreases
Here, you can see how keywords increased/decreased in positions:
03. Rank Tracker – 06. Snippets
OK, let’s say you are ranking with some keywords. What else appears on the page? For example, when searching for cheap xerox, you get some additional data:
What kind of data like this is there? You can see this in the report:
03. Rank Tracker – 07. Competition
You can compare yourself with others, top competitors in your niche:
There are multiple ways of exporting data, depending on the report (image, table, etc.)

04. SERP analysis
How does a Google page look in a specific country for a specific query? (Google tends to change results based on top-level domain, TLD – google.ro/google.com/google.pl/google.co.uk, etc., but also on the country/place IP of the person searching; you’ll get a different result based on where you are searching from)
Note – SERP = search engine results page.
Let’s add a query:
For keys to enter BIOS, first, the platform receives the data:
And then you get a report on the search:
05. Content suite
05. Content suite – 01. Planner
The content suite has three tools; we’ll start with the Planner:
We’ll create a new content plan:
We add some keywords (we don’t add “ai” anymore):
It’s good to select from some competitors; the platform might use some data from them:
There are plenty of competitors to select from:
And, of course, lots of related keywords:
The content plan takes a while to be created:
You have a dashboard for all of your content plans:
You’ll get an email like this when the plan is ready:
We can see now there are multiple options to choose from, and we can switch to a writer:
But first, let’s create another plan:
We know the list of plans:
Here are some data for the “artificial intelligence” plan we just created:
We choose a filter:
We decide to make a yet new plan:
Again, we pick some keywords:
Here are some keywords for the new plan:
Again, we wait a bit:
We can see what happens:
We can create a new plan:
See the list of plans:
A new plan:
With keywords:
And a new list of plans:
PS: I went into more detail with content planning because I think it’s one of the platform’s best features; I plan (pun intended) to use it a lot.
(top)
05. Content suite – 02. Writer
OK, you have a content plan. Does this mean you already have an article? Not just yet.
You’ll need to load a plan from the Planner:
Select it once it has finished processing:
And choose to create new content:
Again, we wait a bit:
We see there is a draft ready:
You can select a new text outline:
We will need to proceed to the next step:
We wait a bit:
After creation, we can choose the outline of the list:
We click on “Generate text”:
This is what the outline looks like:
We make a few adjustments, and then we select to generate the text:
We cannot create more than three drafts at once:

I don’t have any data for my projects right now, but we can see what it should do rather clearly:
Here is an image from their own website:
And here is another detailed image at a later stage on my blog:
06. Tools – 03. Compare Days
After selecting between two days, we can see the evolution. This is very helpful to know when looking at things like you do something big to your website (website transition), there is a Google update, you suddenly add or remove lots of pages to your website, or you make an unwanted change (noindex, disallow, bad rel=canonical, etc.). If you know what happened on a specific day, you can evaluate the impact of a particular change.

What did Google’s results page look like on a specific date? We can find out!

06. Tools – 12. Keyword Grouping
Let’s say you work on a big project and have lots of keywords. Sure, you can sort the keywords manually into groups, but how about getting help with this task?
This is where the following tool comes into action:
We add some keywords first:
Then we see some ways of grouping the keywords:
Multiple options for going through the list of keywords are available:
Let’s try with some other keywords:
Again, we select some options:
These are the results:
06. Tools – 13. Keyword Statistics
How about getting some keyword statistics? You can do this with other tools, but having this available in Senut is a nice touch; it’s simpler to do this here than having to find other tools for the task:
This is what it looks like:
In the end, all I can say is that if you want to switch the color theme in Senuto, you can do so here:
