Sometimes, I talk to customer support people.
From time to time, I encounter issues in various systems.
Perhaps they tell their superiors, „Hmm, that’s an issue with our system; you’ll need to fix this so our clients don’t have an issue.”
I suspect most of them don’t, though, as some problems persist.
There are two issues:
- They don’t report issues (I suspect this);
- They don’t tell me whether they will report the issue or not. I’m never told – „Yes, we have a problem, I’ll be reporting this.”
