I’ve seen Hachi: A Dog’s Tale (2009).
Some ideas?
- Very emotional movie.
- Very basic logic, at times. The script was irrationally simplistic. A goes to B, C goes to D. No suspense, no stress, no waiting game. No emotion like this.
- I didn’t enter the emotional state that much. Yes, at times the movie was very emotional, but generally, I had a bird’s eye view on the movie, instead of immersing into emotions.
- There was almost never a surprising, new, interesting solution to a problem. Very basic solutions, very simple script.
- As a family movie, I think it reaches its goals.
- All-in-all, I gave the movie a 9/10 rating, mostly due to high emotions, but lack of logic.
