Bucuresti, 3 Martie 2020 – Viitorul CX incepe chiar astazi. Din ce in ce mai multe companii investesc anul acesta in tehnologii futuriste si metode neconventionale de interactiune cu consumatorii. Conform Hotjar: „1 din 4 companii evaluate a fi mature in aria de customer experience aloca peste jumatate din bugetul anual initiativelor de CX.” Mai mult, „pana in 2022 se vor cheltui peste 640 de miliarde de dolari pentru tehnologii CX, in plan mondial” potrivit studiilor Salesforce, iar „in 2020 se va observa o crestere de 136% a numarului de organizatii care folosesc chatbots (inteligenta artificiala)”.
