A tip I often meet about time management – you should only reply to emails once or twice a day.
While I think this piece of advice is excellent for the person sending the emails, in case there are multiple necessary steps in an email, it’s not so pleasant for the person receiving the emails.
Sometimes a person writes to me, I quickly reply, and one day passes until a new reply is given.
Of course, the next day I forget a lot of the details in the conversation, and I have to recheck things.
Not so good for this end, right?
