Let’s say a person gives you a voucher for an online app.
You download the app, put in the recommendation voucher, and go on with the process.
There are generally two issues with this process:
- Most apps don’t give a confirmation „voucher successfully added”;
- If a friend gives you the voucher, you don’t see a message telling „Person X will receive a bonus” when adding a voucher.
A better solution to the above situation?
- When creating the voucher code, also ask for permission to share the person’s name; then, when the person receiving the voucher uses it, you can show „The voucher was added for person X, and they will benefit.”;
- Also, confirm the successful addition of the voucher.
I think this would make life easier when using vouchers.
