Bucharest, 11 iunie 2025. SAMEDAY, the Romanian courier company, continues its development strategy by signing the contract to acquire Cargus. The acquisition is pending approval by the relevant merger control and foreign investment authorities and will be finalized once the necessary approvals have been obtained. Founded in 1991, Cargus is the first private courier company in Romania. Through this transaction, SAMEDAY aims to improve its operational capacity and logistic infrastructure and to improve the quality of its services in order to better meet customers’ needs.

Once the transaction is approved and finalized, customers of both companies will continue to benefit from improved services.
