The event will take place on Thursday 21 March, starting at 18:30, at BT Stup.
In a society where triumph is often considered the sole indicator of value, Fuckup Nights Bucharest ventures into an exploration of an often overlooked but fundamental aspect of development: failure.
FUN XX invites four successful people who embrace failure as an opportunity for growth and development. Felix Pătrășcanu, Ciprian Stancu, Cosmina Grigore, and Toma Costin Chiriac will share their experiences, demonstrating how they managed to turn any setback into a valuable opportunity, thus reframing the notion of failure as an essential part of professional development. Each presentation will be followed by an interactive part, giving participants the unique opportunity to discuss directly with the speakers and delve into the hidden meanings of failure.
The moderator of the event is radio and TV journalist Julia Nagy.

Felix Pătrășcanu is co-founder and managing partner of FAN Courier, the leader of the express courier market in Romania, a business he started with his brothers Adrian and Neculai Mihai in 1998. Ciprian Stancu is an innovative entrepreneur and co-founder of several European companies in the field of advanced nutrition. He has founded successful brands such as Republica BIO and HempAID, focusing on promoting longevity and physical performance. Ciprian is distinguished by his relentless passion for the environment and sustainability, taking a pragmatic approach as a health coach and mentor to other entrepreneurs. His training includes studies in molecular nutrition at Harvard Medical School and he is a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine in the US. Through his investments, Ciprian aims to do good for humanity and the planet by taking a strategic view in all his entrepreneurial ventures.
When it comes to failure, Ciprian Stancu adopts a positive philosophy, seeing every end as a new beginning. Cosmina Grigore is a writer, coach, and founder of the Originals & Imunis Association, where, over the past 10 years, she has opened new horizons in healing the body, femininity, and relationships, addressing significant challenges. She developed the Becoming an Original coaching method, where she guides people to rebuild their life narratives, starting from an authentic connection with the self. She continues to inspire and contribute to the personal evolution of others through the innovative programs she has introduced in Romania.
Cosmina sees failure as an essential element in the process of self-discovery and growth. She sees every failure as an opportunity to become stronger and make better decisions. Through her work, she encourages people to look at failures not as defeats, but as valuable lessons that help define and affirm their individuality.
Toma Costin Chiriac is a vibrant example of determination and transformation, a special guest of this edition. Growing up in an orphanage, Toma faced feelings of abandonment and severe limitations but used every obstacle as a stepping stone to achieving his ultimate dream: to fly. His determination shaped his path into aviation, where he is now on the verge of becoming an airline pilot, proving that dreams, no matter how distant they may seem, can come true.
In Toma’s view, failure is a natural and necessary part of life, an essential impulse for realising dreams. He believes that every unsuccessful attempt not only brings us closer to achieving our goals but also contributes significantly to personal growth. Through his experience and resilience, Toma inspires others to view failures as opportunities for learning and growth, better preparing them for success to come.
