How to display errors in WordPress?

I use the following settings to display errors in WordPress, to be added to error log. define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true ); define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false ); define( ‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true ); error_reporting(E_ALL); ini_set(‘display_errors’, ‘0’); I add these to wp-config.php and whatch the errors log.

Dacă interesează pe cineva – am adăugat până în anul 2035 toate zilele legale pe care le-am găsit online. Sunt site-uri cu Zile Libere Online.

Am mers până în 2035 că problema nu e atât adăugatul (copy & paste), cât generarea (să ai lista completă). Mi-a fost mai rapid să le adaug (cu copy & paste) decât să caut și să le potrivesc.

10 ani nu mai aveți griji.

Am făcut inclusiv zilele de sâmbătă de Paște.

Ziua de 31 decembrie am lăsat-o lucrătoare, deși probabil în majoritatea locurilor nu se lucrează, dar nu e legală.

If I were to have an adversarial website, what I’d do is work on categories.

For example, let’s say I have a men’s sports brand.

There should be two types of categories:

  • Niche ones – men, cars, sports, and other websites like this; in this type of category, a niche website would only list in the specified category; for example, golazo.ro website would only be in the “Sports” category, nothing else; and hotnews.ro would only be in “news” category, nothing else;
  • Broad ones – if I select “men”, I should see not only golazo.ro and sport.ro, but also știrileprotv.ro, hotnews.ro, gândul.ro, and other generalist websites.

No matter how a website does things now, it’s wrong.

It’s either too niche (so, for example, hotnews.ro would not be in the “men” category), or too broad (in the “men” category știrileprotv.ro, gândul.ro, hotnews.ro would fit nicely).

In my opinion, two types of categories are needed.

Some websites focus on first-time visitors.

“Have a banner, this is our newsletter, check out our social networks, we have a blog, too, see our partners”.

Other websites focus on returning visitors.

“You came to see a product? Here’s the product, without other things to distract you. We’re sure you’ll be able to find out about our blog/newsletter if you really care for it. You came here to read a blog post? We won’t force you to visit our website. It’s fine just to read.”

I prefer the “returning visitors”-focused websites. Unfortunately, they tend to be rare.

Here is a voucher; does it work?

Let’s say a person gives you a voucher for an online app.

You download the app, put in the recommendation voucher, and go on with the process.

There are generally two issues with this process:

  • Most apps don’t give a confirmation “voucher successfully added”;
  • If a friend gives you the voucher, you don’t see a message telling “Person X will receive a bonus” when adding a voucher.

A better solution to the above situation?

  • When creating the voucher code, also ask for permission to share the person’s name; then, when the person receiving the voucher uses it, you can show “The voucher was added for person X, and they will benefit.”;
  • Also, confirm the successful addition of the voucher.

I think this would make life easier when using vouchers.

There is a bakery/pizza shop in Năvodari – Pizzeria Diandra Năvodari.

I don’t like some things on their website.

But you go and visit them, and there’s almost a queue; they’re always filling orders.

I think they have an exceptional, great, top way of serving clients.

Also, very good pricing.

You get this combination – good service, top products, and low prices.

Of course, people are fighting to order things.

Ok, their site is not perfect, but it doesn’t matter as much.

For long-term and recurring clients, it’s still very good.

This is perfect marketing – product-first, marketing-second.
