Not another one !?

Again, from zero. Starting from scratch (sorry, I had to say it right this time).

It seems I can “forgive” myself for posting poor-quality content on https://olivian.ro/arte/. I’m learning stuff, so it’s “OK” to post low-quality content.
On the other hand, posting on the current blog, even if I’m also a beginner in IT, is acceptable.
Why is that? I think that because all of us can judge art. It’s easy for all of us to understand – “Oh, this is art; it must be high quality.” On the other hand, not many people can understand and judge a well-written (or poorly-, I might add) piece of code.
