I’ve seen some small business owners,
I’ve worked with some of them.
Some of them put emphasis on treating their employees
As their most valuable asset,
While others consider a job
Like a sort of internship:
“We do pay you,
But it’s a privilege we do this for you!”.
Sometimes, the company grows,
But you still might feel you’re in an internship.
And on the larger companies
It tends to get more stressful.
The solution? Find a company in which you are valued,
And in which you can bring value.
It’s a nice equilibrium,
From which all parts benefit.
