Alcune persone molto intelligenti tendono a spettegolare sui problemi: in realtà, non sono interessate a risolverli.
Inoltre, tendono ad avere un complesso di superiorità: «Sono molto meglio di tutti gli altri».
È fantastico essere intelligenti, ma il punto è che bisogna ottenere risultati e concentrarsi sul fare le cose, non lamentarsi del fatto che il mondo sia ingiusto.
I romeni tendono ad avere qualche difficoltà con le decisioni collettive.
Paradossalmente, non si fidano della persona che hanno accanto, ma allo stesso tempo si preoccupano fin troppo delle persone a loro vicine.
Inoltre, paradossalmente, a livello individuale non sono abbastanza autonomi.
Un esempio: c’è una fila, una coda, ma è organizzata in modo disordinato. Nessuno tiene veramente conto dell’ordine esatto di arrivo.
Che cosa succede? Le persone entrano in ordine casuale e, inoltre, alcune cercano di farsi avanti e superare gli altri.
In generale, una scarsa organizzazione tende a creare problemi.
