ABOUT THE LECTURE:
While leaders still need managerial competencies of analytical thinking, processes such as communications and people management, and characteristics such as energy and team skills, these are no longer enough. Leaders in the 21st century have to deal with constantly changing environments and communities. They need to consciously create and influence changes, aligning business and social interests. More than ever they need to be focused on creativity and innovation to develop visions that inspire others to responsible action. Increasingly the arts are being used as a means to develop these extraordinary characteristics. In this MasterClass we begin with the competencies of yesterday and move to focus on the arts developing leadership competencies for today and tomorrow.
The lecture will be conducted in English.
