What foods should you take with you while travelling?

OK, so you travel. What foods should you take with you?

  • Drink: Plain water.
  • Food:
    • Citrus – from oranges to mandarin oranges, from grapefruit to pomelo, these tend to go OK with travelling.
    • Yogurt – it tends not to spoil easily.
    • Boiled eggs – again, rather easy to carry.
    • Seeds – sunflower may be great, but others are fine, also.
