OK, so you travel. What foods should you take with you?
- Drink: Plain water.
- Citrus – from oranges to mandarin oranges, from grapefruit to pomelo, these tend to go OK with travelling.
- Yogurt – it tends not to spoil easily.
- Boiled eggs – again, rather easy to carry.
- Seeds – sunflower may be great, but others are fine, also.
